Ensenada is a city that combines emotions and flavors throughout the year, its wonderful sites support a wide variety of events, some internationally recognized as the Baja 1000 Off Road Race, the Newport Regatta, Spring Carnival and Harvest festivals, also throughout the year there are events of art, culture, ecology, sports, science, food and wine.
Harvest Season
From May to September the wine houses such as L.A. CETTO, SANTO TOMÁS, ADOBE GUADALUPE, BARON BALCHÉ host traditional events celebrating the harvest with wine and dining.

Gray Whale Watching
Whale watching is an impressive natural spectacle; the city of Ensenada has all the necessary services to enjoy this experience. The migration season extends from November to March, but the best time to see large concentrations of these magnificent mammals marching off Ensenada is the last week of January.
Rosarito-Ensenada Bike Ride
Rosarito Ensenada began in 1979. It's an award-winning 50 mile bicycle ride along the Pacific Coast and inland through rural countryside from Rosarito Beach to Ensenada, plus a Finish Line Fiesta on the Ensenada waterfront with food, drinks and live music until sunset.

Baja 1000
This off-road race of world-where intrepid drivers traveling a route through mountains, valleys, forests, the race exit is the city of Ensenada and the goal is the city of La Paz, BCS.
It has different categories ranging from the most horsepower in the motors and is the "trophy truck" to the unmodified vehicle, besides the participation of motorcycles and ATVs.
